Scope

Although we are not legally required to produce a modern slavery statement, we choose to do so in line with our values of integrity and ethical practice.

Our Business and Supply Chain

Luminosity Labs is a small, purpose-led organisation based in Ireland. We develop ethical AI and psychological tools that support wellbeing, with a focus on neurodivergent communities.

Our supply chain is minimal and primarily consists of professional service providers, software platforms, and freelancers. We select partners aligned with our values and who meet high ethical standards.

Prevention Measures

We take the following steps to prevent modern slavery:

• Choose suppliers and contractors carefully
• Prioritise fair labour practices and local sourcing
• Engage freelancers and contractors under clear, respectful agreements
• Remain alert to warning signs of exploitation
